Native to Georgia for over five generations, Raines Residential is a family run home building company that has been operating in the Atlanta area for nearly a half century. We build quality that is designed around your lifestyle, and really do understand what families need out of their home.
According to founder, Ronnie Raines, “We want our homes to be charming. We want the homes to live exceptionally well. So we strive to give enduring quality and value by taking great pride in designing and building houses that we would be proud to call home.”

Lee Raines is the Principal of Raines Residential. Having grown up in the family business, Lee discovered and developed a passion for design and creating interesting spaces. “A building or a room can really shape emotion. A sense of place… It’s not something you think about. It’s a feeling. I find it challenging and exciting to create a space that people feel connected to. A space that speaks to them and tells them they want be here, to stay for a while.” Lee graduated college in 2006 from Arizona State University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Science and Design specific to the field of Housing and Community Development. Since his return to Georgia, Lee has been offering his services and fine homes to customers in the north metro Atlanta area where he now resides with his family.
